Rules & Regulations
- Booths not occupied by 8:30 a.m. will be re-rented by management without notice to Vendor and without refund to Vendor. Call if you will be late.
- Banned items for sale include are but not limited to all food items including candy, cookies, soda drinks, coffee etc.
- We have a restaurant in place open for vendors and customers.
- Other banned items include: firearms/fireworks, illegal or offensive items, dangerous animals, drug paraphernalia, alcoholic beverages.
- Vendors are responsible for the cleanup of their area. All garbage and boxes are to be placed in the dumpster (boxes broken down and flattened).
- Nothing is to be left in your booth when you leave. Any thing left is considered trash and abandoned. There will be a cleaning fee imposed for those who are not in compliance.
- Vendors are responsible for their children and must be kept under control and at your booth unless accompanied by an adult.
- All pets must be on a leash and kept at your booth. Vendors are responsible for their pet's behavior.
- Loud or boisterous noises are prohibited. NO sitting on booths. Booths are designed to display your merchandise. Booths are not strong enough to support your body weight. If you break a booth be prepared to pay for repairs.
- If there is a disagreement between a vendor, customer or another vendor and it can not be resolved, bring it to Management’s attention. Do not call the police unless you feel threatened. Give Management the opportunity to resolve the problem.
- Booth fees must be paid prior to set up.
- Change is available on a limited basis. Bring sufficient funds for making change.
- Rules and regulations are subject to change without notice.
